My surgery was dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

The anaesthetist did not require fasting for more than 6 hours but I was asked to fast from the previous night. Hunger made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable! Did not have surgery till 1.30 pm the following day.

I had very bad experience in A&E . Had my hysterectomy surgery, after 2 weeks I had some complications and hilarious pain sitting on wheel chair but still no enough doctors, bed . Make me sitting on the chair for 17 hours with drips on my hand with alot of tummy pain ,back ache alot of frustration I am going through at the hospital. Have to improve alot and please bring more doctors. Some more the hospital no clean and very poor hygiene.

Bring in more doctors, more beds, need cleaner environment.. and less waiting time .

Waited for two hours past my appointment, and felt I was making a point with the doctor being excessively busy.

Would have been better if I was seen nearer my appointment time. And was seen by a doctor I didn’t know.

Brilliant treatment from beginning to end. All NHS staff are brilliant and deserve to be paid higher wages than they are getting. The unit seems to run very efficiently.

The reason for this poorly rate is because communication is very unfriendly and don't bother us attitude, even when asked a question replys are we don't know , we can't tell etc. Very extremely long waits.

Everything needs to be done better with care and reasonable practical approach and acts.
